Job summary

Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across the organization to align talent, workforce planning and organizational design with business goals.

The role requires strategic thinking and practical execution, strong relationship building, and the ability to influence senior leaders, deliver HR programs, and drive change that supports Nintendo's iconic franchises.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across HR disciplines including strategy, staffing, learning and development.
• Experience leading projects and change management initiatives.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, workers' compensation, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, benefit programs and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach and advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, talent decisions, employee engagement, and change management.
• Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Undergraduate degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• PHR highly desired, SPHR or GPHR a plus.
