Job summary

Tallgrass is offering a Summer 2027 Talent Development internship in Lakewood, CO. This role provides hands-on exposure to onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.

You will collect and analyze HR data, help create learning materials, and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization. The program runs 10 weeks May–August, with in-person or hybrid options at our Lakewood or Houston offices.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in HR, business, organizational psychology, or related fields.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2028 (Sophomores to Seniors).
• Basic understanding of HR concepts or interest in talent development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and analysis for talent development reporting and metrics.
• Support creation and updating of learning materials, onboarding content.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Participate in research on leadership competencies and succession planning.
• Contribute to administrative tasks supporting program expansion.
