Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related degree program.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Management projects and initiatives to drive Textron's talent strategy.
• Assist with developing creative solutions to improve efficiency and timeliness.
• Contribute to data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting for leadership programs.
• Help with learning and development initiatives and employee development content.
• Protect and maintain confidentiality of personnel records.
