Job summary

Textron is offering a 10-week University Relations Internship in Providence, RI where you will gain hands-on project experience, support talent acquisition, and help develop leadership programs while collaborating with experienced professionals.

You will refine recruitment materials, assist with candidate experience, and participate in events, while receiving mentorship, training, and a housing stipend for eligible candidates.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition projects & initiatives to drive Textron talent strategy and assist with developing creative solutions for University Relations efforts and Leadership Development Program design and execution.
• Research, design, and develop solutions to assigned projects and tasks related to candidate experience, talent programs, and candidate profiles and assessments.
• Develop recruitment marketing materials; Draft communications to Business Units on recruiting updates.
