Job summary
Textron's 2027 Talent Development Internship in Providence offers hands-on experience within the Enterprise Talent Management team. You'll contribute to learning & development, succession planning and performance management while working on real projects alongside experienced professionals.
You'll gain exposure to HR project work, receive mentorship, and develop skills in data analysis, eLearning design, and system improvements.

Responsibilities
- Support Talent Management projects and initiatives to drive Textron talent strategy and assist with developing creative solutions and suggesting potential alternatives to improve efficiency and timeliness.
- Gaining deeper insights into leadership program participants via data analysis and dashboarding to inform future nomination recommendations.
- Creating developmentally focused eLearning playlists for employee development.
- Implementing system improvements to aid employees in capturing their full experience history.
- Auditing existing resources available to support employees and leaders in successfully executing on Textron's performance management process.
- Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a great opportunity for a creative and collaborative individual to join the Enterprise Talent Management team to learn more about the areas of learning & development, succession planning and performance management.
