Responsibilities

• Support Talent Management projects and initiatives to drive Textron talent strategy.
• Analyze data and create dashboards to inform nominations.
• Create developmentally focused eLearning playlists for employee development.
• Implement system improvements to capture employees' experience history.
• Audit resources to support employees and leaders in performance management processes.
• Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records.
