Job summary

Textron is offering a 10-week Human Resources Intern program in Independence, KS. The role focuses on HR support, employee data, procedures, and services for a range of HR activities, with opportunities to guide internal customers on business strategies and policies.

Responsibilities include process development, talent management support, HR tech enhancements, and assisting with talent acquisition in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard and customized processes for human resources to support HR management, business partners and other internal customers.
• Partner with functional leadership to drive talent management/development programs and philosophies consistent with the organization's strategy, goals, and values.
• Participate in implementation of human resources technology enhancements.
• Support internal talent acquisition including the sourcing of talent, building talent pipelines, and identifying talent gaps/needs. Partner with recruiter and hiring manager to set recruitment strategy and oversee recruitment processes.
• Other projects and assignments to support and gain exposure to different human resources fields
