Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking an HR Generalist to support Healthy and Engaged Manufacturing operations. As a Talent and Development Advisor, you will implement HR policies, partner with plant leadership, and assist with staffing levels and employee relations on the factory floor.

The role requires 2–3 years HR experience, English and Spanish proficiency, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with benefits, recruiting, and documentation. Shift: afternoons 2–10:30 PM EST

Qualifications

• 2–3 years HR experience with benefits administration and/or recruiting.
• Must be fluent in English; ability to communicate in Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Typing speed of 55 WPM with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Works with Manufacturing Leaders and Team Members on HR programs and policies on the plant floor.
• Execute Talent and Development engagement initiatives.
• Advise on employee relations issues including performance, attendance, and code of conduct.
• Support onboarding and recruitment processes with agencies and internal teams.
• Maintain current job postings and develop sources of qualified applicants.
• Conduct post-hire interviews and exit interviews as needed.
