Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking an HR Generalist (Talent and Development Advisor) to support a healthy, engaged manufacturing environment. You will implement HR policies, partner with plant leadership and agency partners, and manage staffing, onboarding, and employee relations on the floor.

The role requires 2–3 years HR experience, strong communication in English (Spanish preferred), and solid MS Office skills. The afternoon shift runs Monday–Friday, 3 pm–11 pm, with competitive benefits and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years HR experience in benefits administration and/or recruiting.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to delegate and drive programs to deadlines.
• Excellent communication with English; Spanish language ability required.
• Proficient PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; 55 WPM typing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Leaders and Team Members to drive HR programs on the plant floor.
• Execute Talent and Development initiatives and engagement plans.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and conduct.
• Support disciplinary processes with leadership and coaching.
• Serve as first contact for hourly Team Members on relations questions and issues.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, onboarding, and staffing plans.
• Maintain current job postings and develop sourcing relationships.
• Conduct candidate interviews and screen applicants; follow up with departments.
• Prepare monthly HR reports on requisitions, recruiting activity, and time-to-fill.
• Ensure compliance with wage and salary programs for hires.
