Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking an HR Generalist (Talent and Development Advisor) to support a healthy, engaged manufacturing environment. You will execute HR policies, partner with leadership and agencies, and drive staffing, onboarding, and employee relations on the plant floor.

You will collaborate with manufacturing leaders to sustain staffing, develop engagement initiatives, conduct investigations, and maintain compliance with wage and salary programs while delivering timely HR services across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years HR experience in benefits or recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Proficient in English; Spanish skills desired.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR programs and policies on the plant floor to improve engagement.
• Support Talent and Development initiatives within manufacturing.
• Advise leaders on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee onboarding and recruitment agency coordination.
• Maintain job postings and candidate pipelines; recruit effectively.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing HR activities and costs.
• Ensure compliance with wage and salary programs and background checks.
