Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, CBC may be required (as applicable).
• Preferred: Bachelor-level leadership/management experience and the ability to mentor and hire staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and development of associates to meet growth and staffing needs.
• Supervise and mentor associates, assign duties, and provide recognition.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and ethics; support Open Door policy.
