Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year' retail experience and 1 year' supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year' supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and support company growth.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments with key stakeholders.
