Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required for facilities that sell firearms.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support staffing plans and initiatives.
• Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, provide recognition and promote a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support mission, values and integrity.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
