Job summary

Kiewit Supply Network (KSN) is seeking a Talent Development & Communications Specialist to support learning, communications, employee engagement and change management across the organization. This role develops learning content, coordinates training and events, and partners with leaders and subject matter experts on key initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can create engaging content, manage multiple priorities and confidently facilitate meetings or training when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in talent development, instructional design, org communications, change management or related field.
• Experience creating learning programs and communications for in-person, virtual or digital audiences.
• Experience coordinating training, events, workshops or leadership meetings.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual and self-paced learning programs and resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into engaging content.
• Develop communications supporting strategic initiatives, process improvements and technology implementations.
• Create employee and leadership content across SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, email and presentations.
• Coordinate training programs, workshops, leadership meetings, town halls and employee events.
• Support and facilitate meetings and live training as needed.
• Maintain learning resources and measure effectiveness via feedback and data.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve content and engagement.
