Job summary

Walmart is hiring at our Hermitage, PA location to recruit and develop qualified associates, overseeing staffing activities and ensuring customer needs are met. You will coordinate staffing plans, build relationships with stakeholders, and encourage continuous learning.

Qualifications

2 years of college, or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience.
Firearms CBC and firearms training may be required for facilities that sell firearms.
Associates will be required to attend and complete job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate staffing activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
Ensure compliance with policies and ethics; apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
Promote belonging and inclusivity in the workplace.

Education

2 years of college

1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience

2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
