Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders to meet staffing needs.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Promotes belonging and inclusive culture; recognizes contributions and fosters engagement.
• Ensures compliance with policies and standards of integrity and ethics; supports Open Door policy.
