Job summary

Walmart in Moscow is hiring to recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and support growth. You will coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and Firearms Training may be required for facilities that sell firearms.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.
