Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support ethics and integrity through action plans.
• Promote a culture of belonging and continuous learning across the workplace.
• Support Open Door Policy and provide direction on applying Walmart principles in business processes.
