• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships with stakeholders and supporting staffing plans.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities by hiring and training associates, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing contributions.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and maintains high standards of integrity and compliance with Walmart policies.
