• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, completes and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; communicate goals and objectives; build accountability for results.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing performance.
