Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing activities and relationships with stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Supports plans and initiatives to achieve customer and business goals.
• Provides supervision, mentoring, and recognition to associates to promote belonging.
• Applies Walmart values, Open Door policy, and ethical standards in practice.
