Job summary

Intex Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a dynamic recruiter to source, interview, and test candidates to meet staffing objectives. The role includes managing the high school intern program and serving as the main contact with ISDs.

You will establish recruiting plans with managers, use diverse sourcing strategies, and coordinate interviews. The ideal candidate is bilingual, leads teams, and is adept with social media and recruiting tools. This position may require flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (College preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, speak, write).
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
• Proficient in technology including social media, spreadsheets, and various systems software.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Must have a current driver’s license and own reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, late shifts, and weekends as needed.
• Experience with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media) and creative recruiting strategies.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing and testing candidates to meet staffing objectives.
• Manage and grow high school Intern program; serve as main point of contact with ISDs.
• Establish recruiting requirements and plans by meeting with managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies with operational leaders to attract top talent.
• Attend trade and career fairs to attract candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with applicants and management.
• Offer negotiations and onboarding for non-leadership roles.
• Maintain and publish applicant tracking data for HR and operations.
