Intex Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support our growing field and office teams in the DFW area.

This full-time, office-based role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for construction and skilled trades roles.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• High School Diploma required; college preferred.
• Prior recruiting experience in construction or trades preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media for recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce plans.
• Meet or exceed hiring goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and networking groups.
• Build talent pipelines through high schools, trade schools, colleges, and ISDs.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using standardized criteria.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with management teams.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting data.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and sourcing best practices.

Scope Of Work

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) with experience in construction or skilled trades recruiting to support our growing field and office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce plans
• Meet or exceed hiring goals on a quarterly and annual basis
• Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and networking groups
