Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners in delivering a compliant and efficient hiring process. You will manage pre-hire and onboarding activities, maintain ATS records, and provide daily status updates to keep hiring on track.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's in business/HR preferred), 1–2 years of admin experience, and familiarity with ATS (iCIMS/Workday).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field is a plus
• 1-2 years of administrative experience
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); iCIMS and/or Workday experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute offer letters accurately and on time
• Coordinate background checks and ensure all state and local pre-hire requirements are met
• Oversee onboarding tasks and completion of required documentation
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) records
• Monitor hiring progress and provide daily updates on status and roadblocks
• Generate recruiting performance reports and track key metrics
• Host bi-weekly ATS “office hours” to support and train community users
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
