Qualifications

• Experience as an HR or Talent Coordinator or working on a hiring team.
• At least 3 years of HR administration, processes and talent management experience.
• Proven customer service skills for diverse candidates and staff.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with ATS systems (Lever, Bamboo) and HRIS (ADP, Bamboo, Lever).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring processes including posting jobs and screening candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS postings and update recruitment tracking sheets.
• Create interview packets and ensure timely information for panels.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with timely status updates.
• Support onboarding (IT, operations, training) for new hires.
• Assist with background checks and new hire paperwork.
• Ensure confidentiality and policy compliance in all HR activities.
