Qualifications

• Coordinated recruiting or similar admin work in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Managed multiple roles and high volumes without sacrificing quality.
• Sweat the details and run a tight process with clear communication.
• Communicate with precision so candidates and managers stay informed.
• Maintained clean data and strict workflow discipline.
• Bonus: experience with ATS and scheduling tools (Greenhouse, Ashby).

Responsibilities

• Own interview coordination end to end across formats, time zones, and roles with zero dropped balls.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary point of contact through the interview process.
• Keep the machine running: anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Maintain data integrity: accurate, up-to-date candidate records and ATS workflow.
• Support the TA team operationally with Partners and Sourcers to keep pipelines healthy.
• Spot friction in the process and help build better workflows.
