• Map, find, and engage the top 0.01% of technical candidates in the world before anyone else knows they exist.
• Map talent pools, competitive landscapes, and emerging communities into actionable intelligence for hiring.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for multiple roles, solo or with TA partners.
• Operate as a data-driven function: track pipeline metrics, outreach conversion, and source effectiveness.
• Design and document sourcing playbooks and talent maps that scale with the company.
• Run ahead of the business, mapping future needs to maintain a ready pipeline.
