Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company is hiring a Talent Coordinator in San Francisco to manage interview scheduling and onsite experience. You’ll work with our Talent Partners, hiring managers, and founders to shape how we hire and ensure every candidate interaction reflects our brand.

In your first 30 days you’ll take over interview scheduling for all roles and own the candidate experience for onsite visits, with visa sponsorship and relocation support to SF if needed.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in recruiting coordination or equivalent at a fast-moving company.
• Ability to track multiple moving pieces across calendars.
• Clear, warm writing with candidate care from first email to final answer.
• Good judgment about urgent, confidential items.
• Proven ability to fix a broken process.

Responsabilités

• Own interview scheduling for every open role, from first screen to onsite.
• Run onsite logistics: building access, agendas, lunches, travel and hotels for out-of-town candidates.
• Keep Ashby the single source of truth for stages, feedback, and offer details.
• Chase interview feedback so hiring teams can debrief and decide quickly.
• Get candidates the right materials early enough to matter.
• Support offers and pre-start logistics with the Talent Partners and Operations.
• Help run recruiting events, like our paper club and hiring dinners.
• Help build our interviewer shadow program.
• Spot what’s breaking in the process and fix it.
