Job description

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Triptych is the new entertainment infrastructure. The company runs three integrated business units: talent management for a roster of artists, actors, and creators, a digital marketing agency built on AI-driven distribution and content systems, and a media division, creating original IP and brand-funded work. Across its clients, Triptych works with Emmy award-winning actors, NYT best-selling authors, Grammy-nominated artists, and unicorn startups. Prioritizing creative innovation and technological development, we're building the modern entertainment company.

Triptych recently raised $1.8M in pre-seed funding from top music, media, and entertainment executives and investors to support our revenue and team growth. Our team of 12 works in person out of our Tribeca office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You’ll be the first coordinator in our management division, reporting to our team of four managers. You’ll run the day-to-day for part of the roster and grow into taking on bigger pieces of the business.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
  • Calendars, travel, and logistics for up to 5 roster clients across shows, shoots, press, and brand work.
  • Contracts, deal memos, and invoices, from first draft to paid.
  • Direct communication with clients, agents, labels, and brand partners.
  • Briefs and status docs that keep every project moving and every manager informed.
  • Inbound partnership requests: sort what’s real, flag what’s worth pursuing, and help close it.
  • Process optimization and system building so when something can be improved, you rebuild it, with access to the same tools and AI systems our agency runs on.
YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
  • Day 30: You know every client you cover, their team, and what’s coming up in their projects.
  • Day 60: Managers hand you a workstream or responsibility and trust you to run it.
  • Day 90: You’ve pitched at least one idea (a brand fit, a release tactic, a strategic initiative) that we act on.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You’ve started something, whether that’s a fan page, a playlist people follow, a party series, a newsletter, a side business. We want to hear what you built and what it taught you.
  • You handle the next step before anyone asks.
  • You’re precise and pay attention to details.
  • You write short, clear, warm emails and you’re comfortable sending them to senior people in the industry.
  • You follow music, film, TV, and internet culture closely and can share an industry hot take.
  • 0-2 years of experience. Time in entertainment or talent management is preferred.
