  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is required, and experience with management or project tracking platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support campaign execution by tracking deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and live dates.
  • Communicate with creators regarding content submissions, posting requirements, reminders, and follow-up items.
  • Assist with organizing contracts, deal memos, invoices, and campaign documents.
  • Maintain internal trackers and management systems for partnerships, revenue, pipeline activity, and deliverables.
  • Help prepare talent with campaign details including talking points, hashtags, links, and brand requirements.
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Assist with creator onboarding, scheduling, file organization, and other administrative support across the team.
  • Provide general support to Talent Managers and leadership in the day-to-day management of the roster.

Position Overview

The Talent Coordinator will support Talent Managers and leadership across campaign logistics, creator communication, administrative systems, and internal organization.
