Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience at Am Law 200 firm preferred.
• Experience using IManage or Intapp preferred.
• Ability to learn new software and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts.
• Collaborate with Conflicts Attorneys and others to resolve conflicts and facilitate new matter openings.
• Gather information for conflicts checks and clarify discrepancies in iManage requests.
• Validate requirements for each conflict check for compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
• Conduct corporate research to verify information and understand relationships and structures.
• Coordinate with Client Accounting and other departments to ensure data integrity in the conflicts system.
• Provide after-hours and weekend coverage as needed to maintain process continuity.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication to support team collaboration.
