Scale With Strive in Tampa is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Manager. This role sits at the intersection of recruitment and employer branding, shaping how we attract and onboard exceptional people across AI, Cyber Security, Developer Tools and B2B SaaS.

You’ll craft content for LinkedIn, partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, and own the candidate experience from outreach to onboarding in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related people-focused role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• An interest in social media, content creation and employer branding.
• Confidence working with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas.
• A genuine interest in helping people and businesses grow.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing experience and motivations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage feedback.
• Build relationships with prospective candidates, even when not actively hiring.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support onboarding and employee experience to strengthen culture.
