Bridge Legal is hiring a Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager to scale our growing organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across product, operations, sales, and client-facing teams.

The role partners with leadership to develop recruiting strategies, strengthen hiring processes, and ensure Bridge Legal continues attracting high-performing individuals who align with our culture and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and managing pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple departments.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority hires.
• Improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and leadership roles.
• Coordinate interview workflows and hiring communications.
• Help strengthen employer branding and recruiting operations.
• Track recruiting KPIs and hiring performance metrics.
• Support workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives.
