Job summary

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic business knowledge.
• Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• High level of maturity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed.
• Excellent customer service skills with collaboration in a team environment.
• 6-month availability with no more than 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative tasks and projects, including data management in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Provide candidate support and coordinate recruiting events and interview logistics.
• Assist with resume screening and collaborate with TA team members and CSPs.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to team projects.
