Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Atlanta is seeking a driven student to support the full recruiting lifecycle, from candidate attraction to offer. You will handle data entry in the applicant tracking system and assist with interview logistics, resume screening, and event coordination.

Work closely with Talent Attraction team members and client service professionals to gain practical experience, develop organizational and communication skills, and build professional relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic business knowledge.
• Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• High level of maturity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation towards collaboration in a team environment.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed.
• 6-month availability with no more than 35 hours per week.
• As a part of our commitment to apprenticeship and community, consistent and predictable in-person/in-office working time is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-recruiting life cycle from candidate attraction to offer.
