Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Washington, DC seeks a Campus Recruiter to lead on-campus recruiting efforts and attract top talent for the Washington, DC office. You will collaborate with consultants and leaders to shape recruiting strategy and execution, manage the full candidate lifecycle, and build strong relationships with students and university partners.

You will also plan location-specific messaging, run campus events, and own the Summer Internship program, while partnering with the North America

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for experience in hiring for professional services and/or technical roles.
• Strong analytical ability, including high degree of comfort with Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills with the ability to build great relationships with candidates, consultants at all levels, and recruiting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-campus recruiting efforts to attract distinctive talent to McKinsey & Company.
• Collaborate with consultants and leaders to lead recruiting strategy and execution at schools.
• Manage end-to-end candidate process including interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding strategies.
• Develop location-specific messaging and value propositions to attract top talent to the DC area.
• Plan and execute campus events and lead the Summer Internship program for the location.
• Analyze recruiting results and provide recommendations for improvements.
