Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Atlanta seeks a motivated recent graduate to join the Talent Attraction team on a part-time, 6-month apprenticeship. You will support the full recruiting lifecycle, from candidate attraction to offer, while working closely with TA team members and client service professionals.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic business knowledge and ability to independently manage tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills with a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-recruiting life cycle from candidate attraction to offer.
• Assist with data management in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide candidate support and coordinate interview logistics.
• Help with resume screening and recruitment events.
• Collaborate with TA team members and CSPs; participate in training sessions.
