Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive L&D program management experience.
• Strong project management across multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders, HR, SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience administering LMS, digital learning platforms, assessments or other tech-enabled solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights to improve program impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and learning tech tools; knowledge of Oracle HCM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise development programs and talent initiatives.
• Coordinate activities, timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support program launches, enrollment, communications, and operations.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned programs and stakeholders.
• Monitor effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain documentation, processes, and reporting for sustainability.
• Administer learning technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to support platform enhancements.
• Research new learning methods to improve scalability and user experience.
