Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Talent Acquisition leader in Houston. You will guide a team to meet staffing targets, build strong relationships with HR partners and hiring managers, and forecast TA needs. You will analyze metrics, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure timely progress of candidates.

This role is designated as part-time telework and requires at least three days in person weekly at an office or project. You will lead strategic TA initiatives and optimize hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting professional, technical, or leadership roles.
• Proven success managing high-volume or strategic hires.
• Ability to resolve complex recruiting issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Set team priorities and ensure policy adherence.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to progress candidates.
• Escalate complex recruiting issues and resolve them promptly.
• Analyze TA metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure staffing complies with applicable laws.
• Lead strategic TA initiatives and employer branding.
• Partner with leaders to implement effective talent strategies.
