U.S. Bank is seeking a recruitment professional to source, assess, and recruit candidates for U.S. Bancorp roles with limited agency support.

You will identify candidates through multiple channels, drive the recruiting process, and ensure a diverse talent pool while delivering a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates. This on-site role requires collaboration, strong communication, and project management skills, along with proficiency in office tools and applicant tracking

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of recruiting or related sales/HR experience.
