This role will shape our talent for technology strategy and enhance the employee experience through data-driven insights, helping cross-functional partners and leaders make informed decisions across the talent lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is an innovative, curious problem solver with a bias for applying new analytical technologies, including GenAI and agentic approaches, to quantitative and qualitative work. They look around corners and move with pace in a changing environment. They connect analytics to Talent and business strategy, communicate effectively across levels, and provide clear recommendations, including thoughtful pushback when the data or context calls for it.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the analytics roadmap for insights, processes and data products (e.g. dashboards, analytics automations) for the Talent for Technology organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for insight generation and scope new projects aligned with Technology people strategy.
  • Apply emerging technologies, including generative AI and agentic approaches, to accelerate analysis, automate recurring work, improve insight access, and scale decision support while applying sound judgment around quality, privacy, and limitations.
  • Own and enhance predictive attrition models, improving rigor, interpretability, monitoring, and usefulness for retention and workforce decisions.
  • Lead projects spanning the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, engagement, attrition, and team health, ensuring analyses drive action in partnership with Talent Business Partners and Talent central teams.
  • Turn complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders (Director+), including trade-offs, risks and dependencies.
  • Build trusted relationships across Talent and Technology teams, creating awareness around the “possibilities” of what analytics can help our partners measure and achieve.
  • Partner closely with a team of people analysts, data engineers, and HRIS to evolve our talent data model and design high quality, consumable analytics products.
  • Communicate proactively across levels; surface roadblocks, clarify decisions, and drive timely execution.
  • Manage, mentor and onboard analysts within the team to build leadership skill set and upskill partners on analytics competencies.
  • Respect the sensitivity, privacy, and confidentiality of candidate and employee data by adhering to best practices for data governance.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative field; master’s degree in any of the preceding or related fields a plus
  • 3+ years experience in analytical role in a fast-paced environment, in addition to any graduate education
  • Strong analytical toolkit, including SQL, Python or R, advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Looker, Visier, or Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-fidelity, data-driven narratives and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems and connect insights to Talent and business strategy.
  • Integrity and honesty, and, above all, a respect for complete confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver with pace, summarize roadblocks and trade-offs, coordinate stakeholders, and drive resolution through structured problem-solving.
  • Experience working with or in software development, applied research, product, and/or data science teams is a plus
