You will advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, and manager capability, while leveraging GenAI responsibly to scale impact and maintain human judgment.

The role blends data-driven insights with strategic advisory across a fast-paced, matrixed tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in HRBP, People Strategy, Talent Business Partner, Talent Relations, or related field.
• Experience advising Director-level leaders in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Experience building people plans for a defined business area with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to interpret people data and translate insights into leader-ready recommendations.
• Knowledge of core HR disciplines and employment law considerations in US/Canada.
• Demonstrated readiness to use GenAI responsibly to improve work quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into quarterly execution plans with workstreams and milestones.
• Turn employee and talent trends into practical interventions.
• Advise leaders on org design, workforce planning, and change management within Technology.
• Raise manager effectiveness with data-informed coaching and accountability.
• Navigate complex employee relations and investigations in partnership with Legal and leaders.
• Drive cycles of performance, compensation, engagement, succession, and planning for Technology teams.
• Apply GenAI to scale TBP impact, draft materials, and improve workflows while ensuring human judgment.
• Codify playbooks and share learnings for faster, consistent delivery.
