Wayfair is seeking a Talent Analytics team member in Boston, MA to drive end-to-end analyses, gather requirements, and establish key metrics to improve recruiter and candidate experiences. You will present insights to Talent and Business teams and work with Visier and data tools to deliver actionable views for leadership.
Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid, in-office with one remote day per week environment.

Salary Range: The base salary for this position is $80,000 plus a joining bonus of $5,000.
This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation (Monday - Thursday) with 1 day remote (Friday).

All Boston-based corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely the other 1 day of the week.
