Job summary

Excel Sports Management seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Marketing Analytics to serve as the analytics partner for Talent Sales and Marketing teams. This role can be based in West Hollywood, New York or Chicago offices, balancing client-facing storytelling with rigorous data work.

The ideal candidate will design measurement frameworks, benchmark performance, and deliver data-driven narratives that move deals forward, combining pitches with spreadsheet rigor.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of analytics/insights experience with a focus on talent, creator or influencer marketing.
• Demonstrated client-facing analytics experience — building pitch materials and presenting performance narratives.
• Proven ability to design measurement frameworks and benchmarking systems from scratch.
• Agency or talent industry background preferred; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers to translate needs into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Talent Sales and Marketing teams.
• Embed analytics into pitch development and client conversations to demonstrate value.
• Surface trends and benchmarks to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate to define measurement approaches for endorsement deals and paid media.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions and standardized insights across use cases.
• Lead the selection of third-party analytics vendors and platforms.
