Qualifications

• 5–7 years of analytics/insights experience with a focus on talent or influencer marketing
• Proven client-facing analytics experience — building pitch materials and performance narratives
• Experience designing measurement frameworks and benchmarking systems
• Agency or talent industry background preferred; fast-paced client-service environment
• Experience translating analytical needs to system requirements with data engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Talent Sales and Marketing, collaborating to define and evolve analytics services
• Embed into pitch development and client conversations to provide data-driven narratives and measurement insights
• Surface trends, benchmarks, and audience insights to help identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage intake and prioritization of new deliverables
• Define measurement approaches for endorsements, paid media campaigns, and emerging formats
