Excel Sports Management is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Marketing Analytics to act as the analytics partner for Talent Sales and Marketing. Based in West Hollywood, New York, or Chicago, this role blends client-facing storytelling with rigorous measurement frameworks to drive deals and client value.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in analytics/insights, with experience designing benchmarks and communicating complex data in pitches.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of analytics, measurement, or insights roles with a strong focus on talent, creator or influencer marketing
• Demonstrated client-facing analytics experience — building pitch materials, presenting performance narratives, and advising on measurement strategy for talent or creator clients
• Proven experience designing measurement frameworks and benchmarking systems from scratch
• Agency or talent industry background strongly preferred; fast-paced, client-service environment with multiple priorities
• Experience collaborating with data engineering/tech teams to translate analytical needs into system requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Talent Sales and Marketing
• Embed into pitch development and client renewal conversations to provide data-driven narratives
• Surface trends, benchmarks, and audience insights that help talent teams identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage intake and prioritization of deliverables
• Define measurement approaches for endorsement deals and paid media campaigns
• Design and own KPI architecture, benchmark development and methodology documentation
• Stay current on talent/creator analytics and industry standards
