Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD.
• Major/program must align with internship role.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of our business, culture and structure to support your work.
• Partner with Talent Analytics team members to transform workforce data into insights for business and people decisions.
• Support the development of dashboards, visualizations, scorecards and presentations for HR and executives.
• Explore approaches to people analytics, workforce planning and employee experience measurement.
• Contribute ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations.
