Job summary

American Family Insurance offers a summer student internship that spans 10 to 14 weeks, starting in mid May and ending in August. Interns gain exposure to multiple business areas, network with teams, and work on impactful projects that support customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship, graduating August 2027 or later.
• Pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD.
• Major/program must align with internship role.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of our business, corporate culture and structure to support your work.
• Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations.
• Help drive line of business results by assisting the line of business with change management, process documentation, communication, quality auditing, data analysis, and other tasks as needed.
• Help provide the root cause analysis of loss results to stakeholders and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
