Job summary

• Partner with Talent Analytics team members to transform workforce data into insights for business and people decisions.
• Support the development of dashboards, visualizations, scorecards, and presentations for HR and executives.
• Explore emerging approaches to people analytics, workforce planning, and employee experience measurement.
