The role is part-time, on-site, with training and growth opportunities in talent analytics across industries.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an undergraduate program within a 75-mile radius of Omaha, NE.
• Anticipated graduation by spring 2028.
• Availability to work at least 15 hours per week, including Fridays, weekends and after 4 p.m.
• On-site work at Gallup’s Omaha office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, over-the-phone interviews with candidates across roles and industries.
• Analyze and code interview responses using Gallup’s selection frameworks.
• Deliver clear, accurate interview results to support client hiring decisions.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with fellow talent analysts and scheduling partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Continuously build expertise in Gallup’s talent science through training, feedback and practice.
